Job Title: HR Leave Administrator

Location: Glendale, AZ

Compensation: $27 – $30 / Hour

Industry: Education

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, leave administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in background with FMLA
  • 1–3 years of experience with ADA State Laws
  • Familiarity with employee leave processes, policies, and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Leave Administrator for a contract opportunity. This role will support the HR team by managing employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, and providing a high level of service to employees throughout the leave process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling time-sensitive HR matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and status updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leave cases and supporting documentation
  • Partner with HR and management to ensure proper communication and coverage during employee absences
  • Monitor leave timelines and follow up on required documentation to ensure compliance
  • Assist with reporting and tracking leave data as needed
