Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure. Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration, advanced reporting Writer skills.

We are currently seeking a "Workday Benefits developer" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Dallas, TX. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration: 07+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hr on W2
Location: Hybrid / Dallas, TX
 
Responsibilities:

• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity.
• Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
• Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting.
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration, advanced reporting Writer skills.
• Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
• Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of system enhancements.
