HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with leaders and employees across the organization, managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and performance management while helping foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong knowledge of employment law, experience working with HRIS platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on HR policies and workplace issues.
  • Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and employee documentation.
  • Support employee relations, investigations, leave administration, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, SAP, Kronos, or similar.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
