SATO America is seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both the full employee lifecycle and end-to-end recruitment across the organization. This role blends strategic talent acquisition leadership with day-to-day HR Generalist responsibilities, serving as a key partner to leaders and employees.
The position will manage full-cycle recruiting (approximately 50-60%) across a variety of functions while also owning core HR Generalist activities (40-50%), including employee relations, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and HR program execution. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience while ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
