Position Summary

The Recruiter supports manufacturing and technical hiring needs by managing full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, engineering, and support roles. This position plays a key role in attracting and hiring talent capable of meeting strict quality, safety, and delivery standards in a regulated electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage full cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles, including:

•    PCB fabrication and assembly operators

•    CAM engineers, process engineers, and quality engineers

•    Maintenance technicians and manufacturing support roles

•    Partner closely with manufacturing and engineering leaders to understand technical skill requirements and production demands

•    Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, industry networks, technical schools, and community partnerships

•    Screen resumes, conduct phone and on-site interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions

•    Support high-volume hiring during production ramps

•    Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding

•    Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics

•    Ensure compliance with employment laws, export control/ITAR requirements (as applicable), and company policies

•    Support employer branding within the electronics and manufacturing talent market

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

•    2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or technical environments

•    Experience recruiting hourly production roles and/or technical professionals

•    Ability to understand and recruit for specialized manufacturing and engineering skill sets

•    Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience recruiting in PCB, electronics, aerospace, medical device, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments

•    Familiarity with regulated manufacturing or export-controlled environments

•    Experience with high-volume or fast-turn recruiting

•    Bilingual abilities a plus
