    Our client in Souderton is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle activities. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping ensure HR programs, policies, and processes are administered effectively while supporting a positive employee experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and facilitate employee orientation programs.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.
    • Monitor recruiting activity and hiring metrics to support continuous process improvement.

    Benefits Administration

    • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
    • Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and policy interpretation.
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and support employee communication initiatives related to benefits programs.
    • Act as liaison between employees and benefit providers to assist with issue resolution and escalations.
    • Support administration of retirement savings programs and related employee communications.

    Leave Administration & Employee Support

    • Manage employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, personal leaves, and related documentation.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace programs.
    • Assist with employee relations matters while promoting compliance and consistency in policy application.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and other HR-related projects.

    HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including employee status changes, compensation updates, organizational changes, and personnel documentation.
    • Assist with payroll processing activities and HRIS administration as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
    • Coordinate audits, reporting requirements, and compliance activities, including I-9 audits, EEO reporting, benefits audits, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Support employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, separations, and workforce adjustments.
    • Maintain required labor law postings, HR procedures, and compliance documentation.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR programs and processes.
    • Support departmental goals and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant exposure to recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and HR compliance.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments is preferred.
    • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
    • Strong HRIS experience, including workforce management and applicant tracking systems.
    • Experience working with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar technologies.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software applications.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
