About The Role

This position is essential in driving HR initiatives and supporting our client’s operations by providing comprehensive HR services. You will collaborate closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including policy and procedure administration.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and managers to resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, recruitment, and employment status changes.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and elevate them when necessary.
  • Partner with business areas on compensation evaluations and department restructuring.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and the recruiting team.
  • Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.
  • Ensure data integrity by compiling and analyzing HR reports.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of team and personal goals.
  • Assist in the development and compliance of personnel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proven employee relations experience required.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (Oracle) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
