Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Previous Human Resources, administrative, or office support experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms
Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling
Participate in interview processes as needed
Conduct reference checks
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Onboarding & Offboarding

Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and benefits packets
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Coordinate and conduct exit interviews
Complete termination paperwork and offboarding checklists
Human Resources Administration

Maintain employee personnel files and HR records
Update employee directories and contact information
Process employment verification requests and unemployment claims
Coordinate employee name tags, parking, and transit programs
Perform HR data entry, tracking, and reporting functions
Policy & Compliance

Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with updates to the Employee Handbook and HR forms
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Help maintain accurate HR documentation and records
