Job Title: Generalist - HR Talent Engagement

Job Summary:
The Generalist - HR Talent Engagement will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources and will be based in Plano, TX. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic HR business partner by supporting employee relations, driving employee engagement, coaching and developing leadership teams, and contributing to key HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to support business priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Implement and promote talent management initiatives, including performance management, competency development, rewards and recognition, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives based on actionable insights to strengthen organizational culture, belonging, and employee pride.
- Support organizational development and ensure consistent administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Promote and drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain high employee morale.
- Coordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and local community engagement activities.
- Participate in business meetings, client meetings, audits, and project start-up meetings.
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and all applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage statutory employment requirements in coordination with legal, compliance, and government authorities, as applicable.
- Drive participation in the Annual Employee Survey, analyze results, and implement action plans to improve engagement.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including campus recruiting.
- Assist with onboarding, training and development, and other HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-5 years of HR Generalist experience, or a Master''s Degree in HR or a related field with 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations.
- Proven experience handling employee relations matters with a strong understanding of employment laws.
- Leadership experience through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or similar initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, action planning, and execution.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, global work environment.
