    Description

    Responsiblities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and new hire orientation to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and outreach programs to strengthen employer branding and attract qualified candidates.
    • Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave programs; oversee employee benefits enrollment, updates, and vendor communication.
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and databases; prepare reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
    • Support the development, communication, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
    • Participate actively in the Events Committee to promote employee engagement.
    • Process HR-related invoices in D365 and maintain accurate HR system data and reports.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
    • Minimum of 3 years as HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
    • PHR certification is preferred.

    Required Competencies

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent computer proficiency: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point; HRIS and applicant tracking

    • Excellent organizational and time management

    • Problem solving and critical thinking

    • Confidentiality and ethical conduct

    • In-depth understanding of government regulations in all areas of Human

    • Workers Compensation, FMLA, EEO, and ADA

    • Ability to develop and implement policies and

    • Experience with a variety of benefit programs and their

    • Strong project management
