A growing organization in the facilities services industry is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and serving as a trusted resource across a variety of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Administer employee benefits and leave of absence programs
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and hiring efforts
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
• Generate and compile reports from HR databases
• Update and maintain HRIS records
• Support payroll processing activities
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and benefits information to employees and applicants
• Promote a positive and employee-focused workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Payroll processing experience required
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, approachable personality with a customer-service mindset
