Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations and provide support to employees on various HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage and implement labor management systems to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Administer workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, workplace safety, and employee benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor management systems and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with workers’ compensation and FMLA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety and EHS management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
