HR Generalist
Job Summary


Provides comprehensive HR support by managing HRIS transactions, employee cases, and inquiries related to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, leave of absence, payroll, and other HR processes. Ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality service while escalating complex issues and identifying trends for leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage HRIS transaction requests, including approval and rejection processes.
  • Apply HR policies and procedures to make accurate and timely processing decisions.
  • Manage employee cases, calls, and chats requiring broad HR knowledge.
  • Resolve inquiries related to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, leave of absence, payroll, and related HR services.
  • Partner with internal HR teams and business contacts to resolve employee issues and deliver required solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling HR cases.
  • Provide an exceptional employee experience through clear and responsive communication.
  • Consult with leadership regarding trends, escalations, and recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence and serve as a point of contact when needed.

Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of HR experience may substitute for the education requirement.
  • Experience working in a high-volume HR environment with a significant case workload.
  • Experience with HRIS transactions and HR case management.
  • Proficiency with Oracle HCM, UKG, Ultipro, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee support functions.
  • HR certification is preferred but not required.
