Human Resources GeneralistThe Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and operational leaders. The successful Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting a growing workforce and creating a positive employee experience.Lead the onboarding and integration process for new employees, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire through onboarding.Act as the primary Human Resources contact for employee relations matters, investigations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.Partner with project and operational leaders to provide coaching and guidance on employee issues, performance management, and workforce challenges.Build trusted relationships across the site through regular employee engagement and visible day-to-day support.Support employee retention initiatives, engagement programmes, and workforce development efforts.Ensure Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment practices are consistently applied.Maintain accurate Human Resources records and support ongoing compliance, reporting, and Human Resources programme administration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
