    Role Overview

    We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive employee experience and organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Training

    • Develop and maintain training plans and records within HR systems

    • Track completion and retention of required training to ensure compliance

    Employment

    • Plan and conduct new employee orientations

    • Maintain knowledge of HR legal requirements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

    • Partner with department managers to maintain organizational charts

    • Ensure required employee postings are current and compliant with regulations

    Performance Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for performance management processes and tools

    • Coordinate performance review cycles, including notifications, tracking, and compliance

    Payroll

    • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

    • Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and communications

    Safety & Workers' Compensation

    • Support workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives

    • Maintain records for safety incidents, workers' compensation claims, and regulatory reporting

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams

    • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work across all levels

    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration

    • Experience leading projects and improving HR processes

    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performance workplace

    Preferred Qualifications
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

    • Experience with HRIS systems

    • Prior experience as an HR Generalist

    • Knowledge of change management principles

    • Experience coaching managers and business leaders

    • Experience with organizational design and role definition

    • Strong financial and business acumen

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
