NOW HIRING! We are seeking motivated HR Generalists to support key human resources functions.
Pay rate: $18.55
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
HR Generalists Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes
- Facilitate pre-employment processes (background checks, offer letters, etc.)
- Manage onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and new hire paperwork
- Administer protected leaves including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable state and federal leave programs
- Track, document, and manage all leave cases to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with management, payroll, and benefits teams regarding leave status and return-to-work processes
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the Human Resource field required.
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in human resource management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field is required.
- PHR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
