    HR Generalist
    Our client located in Colleyville, Texas has an immediate need for an HR Generalist. This is a direct hire opportunity. It will start remote while the office is completed.

    HR Generalist Role
    Serve as a hands on HR resource for employees and leadership across the United States
    Manage full cycle recruiting for positions nationwide, with a significant focus on medical device sales professionals
    Dedicate approximately 70% of the role to recruiting for the foreseeable future, with the majority of recruiting activity focused on sales talent 
    Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Greenhouse, ZipRecruiter, job boards and other direct sourcing strategies
    Support hiring of approximately five to ten sales representatives per quarter along with additional corporate and operational positions 
    Partner with leadership to identify candidates who align with performance expectations, company culture and long term retention goals
    Develop and monitor recruiting and retention metrics
    Manage employee onboarding and offboarding and continually improve the employee experience
    Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding employee relations, workplace concerns and policy interpretation
    Coach managers and employees through performance expectations and difficult workplace conversations
    Support compensation benchmarking, salary analysis and incentive alignment
    Assist leadership with employee development, career pathing and retention strategies
    Support benefits administration and employee programs
    Maintain HR compliance across a geographically dispersed US workforce
    Develop, review and improve HR policies, procedures and documentation
    Partner with the companys current PEO while helping leadership evaluate which HR responsibilities should gradually transition in house
    Help create consistent and scalable HR practices as the organization continues to grow
    Support employee engagement, culture and organizational development initiatives

    HR Generalist Background Profile
    Progressive Human Resources experience with broad HR Generalist responsibilities
    Strong full cycle recruiting experience required
    Proven hands on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
    Experience recruiting professional sales talent strongly preferred
    Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or related industry experience is highly desirable
    Experience supporting employees across multiple states preferred
    Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage difficult conversations
    Experience with onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR policies and compliance
    Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market analysis
    Ability to discuss recruiting performance using measurable KPIs such as hiring volume, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness and retention
    Experience working within a growing company, smaller HR department or HR of One environment preferred
    Ability to operate independently while partnering closely with senior leadership
    Strong judgment, discretion, communication and organizational skills
    SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
