HR Generalist
Location: Bristol, IN
Salary Range: $52,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary
The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and HR compliance. This role partners with employees and leadership to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention
- Support employee relations and respond to HR questions
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Administer benefits, leave requests, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company procedures
- Coordinate employee training and engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Manufacturing experience preferred
