We are seeking an organized and dependable HR & Finance Assistant to support our human resources, finance, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and reports, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing and tracking commissions. Prepare, review, and maintain reports. Enter and update information accurately in company systems. Assist with employee benefit enrollments and changes. Maintain organized employee and financial records. Provide general administrative support for daily office operations. Complete paperwork, filing, and other assigned tasks. Communicate with employees and leadership regarding HR and finance-related matters. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data entry; proficient with computers and standard office software; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous administrative, human resources, finance, or payroll experience is preferred but not required.
Position Details
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Work Location: In person at 1600 S. Hope Street, Jackson, MO 63755
