HR Document Rebranding Specialist (Contract – Remote)

Pay Rate: $17/hr | 3 week contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST (flexible hours and time zone; candidates may sit anywhere in the U.S.)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Update existing HR documents with new logos, branding, and formatting standards
  
• 
  Ensure consistency and accuracy across all documents based on approved brand guidelines
  
• 
  Perform high-volume copy-and-paste updates efficiently and precisely
  
• 
  Review documents for formatting issues, alignment errors, and branding inconsistencies
  
• 
  Maintain version control and ensure updated files are clearly labeled and properly stored
  
• 
  Coordinate with HR and project stakeholders to confirm branding requirements
  
• 
  Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• 
  Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  
• 
  Basic administrative skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks
  
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• 
  Experience using Google Suite, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets
  
• 
  Ability to work independently while remaining responsive and accountable

  Prior experience working fully remote with reliable internet access

  Strong time management skills and the ability to stay productive while working remotely
