    Job Description:

    HR & Marketing Director

    Location: Oregon Care Center – Oregon, MO
    Reports To: Administrator

    Wage: $18.00-21.00

    Position Summary

    The HR & Marketing Director is responsible for leading all human resources functions while driving strategic marketing and staff development efforts for the facility. This role plays a critical part in building a strong workforce culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the facility’s brand within the community to support occupancy goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources Leadership

    • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and performance management
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
    • Manage and maintain personnel files, licensure tracking, and HR documentation
    • Lead orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
    • Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and performance concerns
    • Coordinate training, education, and leadership development programs
    • Manage benefits administration, PTO tracking, and payroll coordination

    Recruitment & Staffing

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top nursing and support staff
    • Manage job postings, social media recruitment campaigns, and community outreach
    • Build relationships with local schools, workforce programs, and healthcare networks
    • Monitor staffing metrics and turnover trends, implementing solutions to improve retention

    Marketing & Census Development

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support census growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
    • Oversee social media presence, website updates, and online reputation management
    • Plan and execute community events, outreach programs, and facility promotions

    Brand & Culture Development

    • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with facility values
    • Support leadership in maintaining a strong employer brand
    • Recognize and celebrate staff achievements and milestones

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure HR practices align with CMS and state survey expectations
    • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and organizational information
    • Prepare reports related to staffing, turnover, recruitment, and marketing outcomes

    Qualifications

    • HR experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong computer skills, such as Workday, Point Click Care, Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva, Facebook.
    • Experience with social media management and community marketing
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Self Driven and able to work independently as well as with the team.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting.
    • Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
