Your Role as a Dynamic HR Director

• Serve as the primary HR contact for team members and leaders
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, and policy consistency
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture
• Manage HR policies, compliance, and employee records
• Partner with leadership to resolve team challenges and support operations
• Support Operations and business as needed.
