    About the Role:
    • As our Director of Human Resources, you'll lead HR strategy and operations, shaping our workforce to support business goals. You'll oversee talent management, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and more ensuring our HR practices drive growth, engagement, and legal compliance.
    • This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, working closely with executives while managing day-to-day HR functions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and budgets that align with company strategy.
    • Talent & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong, skilled team.
    • Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues, improve morale, and foster a positive work environment.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures and manage benefits programs, including 401(k) administration.
    • Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEOC, OSHA, wage/hour, etc.) and update policies as needed.
    • Workplace Safety: Oversee Workers' Comp claims, OSHA reporting, and serve on the Safety Committee.
    Required Experience & Education:
    • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years at the Director level.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong HR generalist background with expertise in employment law.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in HR or related field.
    • HR certifications ( PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHHR).
    • Healthcare/ Hospital industry and employee relations experience.
