About the Role
The HR Delivery Partner (HRDP), Tier 2 HR Support - Multi-Country and/or regional serves as the operational HR contact for complex, cross-border cases and HR processes requiring deep understanding of country specific employment laws, benefits, and cultural nuances. This role manages escalations from Tier 1 or Centers of Excellence (COEs) and provides expert-level support to employees, managers, and leaders in a designated region.
The HRDP ensures consistent, compliant HR service delivery while navigating regional regulatory frameworks, supporting benefit enrollment activities, and coordinating with local HR and COEs to maintain alignment with global strategy. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, legal compliance, and an exceptional employee experience regionally
Key Responsibilities
Operational HR Support
Serve as the Tier 2 HR contact for employee and manager inquiries across assigned region(s).
Provide expert guidance on country-specific employment laws, labor relations, benefits, and HR programs.
Coordinate and manage regional HR processes that require local expertise, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
Support regional benefit enrollment cycles and vendor coordination in partnership with Total Rewards and COEs.
Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners to interpret and apply company policies in accordance with local regulations and cultural norms.
Performance & Employee Relation
Manage escalated employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and alignment with legal and compliance standards.
Lead and coordinate performance improvement plans, documentation, and follow-up with stakeholders.
Participate in investigations and disciplinary actions under the direction of Employee Relations and Legal.
Support offboarding processes, including involuntary terminations, exit interviews, and regional transition management in accordance with local regulations and cultural norms.
Compliance & Process Delivery
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, benefits administration requirements, and HR audits across supported country.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for HR activities and employee records.
Support country-level compliance programs and reporting, including labor inspections, works council or union documentation, and social security filings where applicable.
Provide operational HR support for benefit enrollments, renewals, and employee communications across the region in accordance with local regulations and cultural norms.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and increase efficiency across regional operations.
Contribute to the creation and standardization of global HR knowledge base content.
Partner with COEs to localize global HR programs, ensuring they meet country-specific requirements.
