Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Data Management Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: We are seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management to support HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics across HRIS platforms. This role is responsible for managing employee data, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and delivering reporting that enables effective HR decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience working within HRIS systems such as Workday. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data within HRIS systems
  • Perform data audits, validations, and quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Support mass data updates, imports, exports, and data cleanup activities
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems
  • Support system testing, including UAT and validation of HR data processes
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audit documentation
  • Support HRIS configuration, business process testing, and system upgrades
  • Document data standards, processes, and procedures to support data governance
  • Provide guidance to HR team members on data management best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS, or HR analytics
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Simple Reports)
  • Experience supporting HRIS testing, EIB loads, or system implementations
  • SQL or data query experience
  • Experience supporting compliance or audit reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
