Summary of Job Description:

The HR Data Insights Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining workforce data metrics, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for HR and business leaders. This position ensures data accuracy and integrity through HR system administration and process improvements. The HR Data Insights Analyst collaborates with the HR team to produce and deliver periodic reports and insights to stakeholders. This role collaborates with and recommends solutions and insights to the various HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes, assess people performance, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, attrition, hiring practices, career progression, and employee movement to provide actionable insights.
  • Responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing data from multiple sources, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement HR dashboards, metrics, and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and integration
  • Partner with HR leaders, business partners, Operations Leaders, and IT teams to identify analytics needs, gather requirements, and deliver customized insights.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related business field required
  • Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
