As an HR Data Analyst, you will leverage analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to uncover insights that improve the employee experience and support strategic business decisions.
Working alongside HR and cross-functional teams, you'll analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, and present meaningful insights that drive organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or a related quantitative field:
Data Science
Computer Science
Information Technology
Business Information Systems
Management Information Systems
Mathematics
Statistics
Engineering
Economics
Applied Sciences
3+ years of professional data analysis experience.
2+ years of experience using SQL and Python.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
Knowledge of databases, data models, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying machine learning models in a business environment.
Experience with Alteryx, Skywise, MATLAB, R, SAS, or Excel for advanced analytics.
Knowledge of HR analytics or workforce data is preferred.
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or similar data engineering certification. Additional Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
Hybrid schedule: 80% on-site, 20% remote.
