    HR Coordinator Per Diem

    As our HR Coordinator, you will support critical HR functions and foster positive employee experiences by building partnerships with Centers of Excellence and streamlining processes. Every day you will provide comprehensive support for onboarding new employees, facilitate manager and employee self-service transactions, and meticulously ensure data integrity across various HR systems. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions, manage multiple tasks with precision, and commit to delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall employee experience.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Ensure needs are met in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service in support of HR functional support, as well as manager and employee transactional HR support.
    • Provide HR Policy guidance to assist employees in locating and navigating enterprise and divisional policies.
    • Oversee onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure positive experience for all candidates.
    • Support Day One Orientation, as well as monitoring of candidate experience to ensure alignment with culture and efficiency of activities.
    • Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems.

    Job Requirements

    Required

    • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years relevant experience, OR Associate's degree and 1 year relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 1 year relevant experience.
