Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications Ability to work professionally, and with good judgment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Previous HR, healthcare, staffing, or administrative experience preferred Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
