First Care Home Services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our caregiver recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and contractor documentation processes.

Job Description

Review and process caregiver and nurse applications Assist with onboarding independent contractors, including HHAs, CNAs, nurses, companions, and caregivers Collect, review, and maintain contractor documentation and personnel files Track and monitor required documents, including licenses, certifications, CPR cards, physicals, TB tests, background screenings, driver's licenses, insurance, AHCA documents, and other compliance records Follow up with contractors regarding missing, incomplete, or expired documents Ensure contractor files remain accurate, organized, complete, and audit-ready Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding appointments Support orientation and onboarding processes for new contractors Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and contractor information Communicate professionally with applicants, caregivers, nurses, contractors, and office staff Assist management with administrative and HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications Ability to work professionally, and with good judgment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Previous HR, healthcare, staffing, or administrative experience preferred Bilingual is a plus, but not required
