We are supporting our client on a search for an HR Coordinator who will keep people operations humming across a fully remote, fast-growing team. This is a launchpad seat for someone early in their career who wants exposure to onboarding, benefits, compliance, and culture work.
You will partner closely with the People team and senior leaders to make sure every employee experience feels thoughtful and easy. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers with strong communication skills and a service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding from offer letter to last day
- Maintain employee records, files, and HRIS data
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and vendor communication
- Run new hire orientation and answer day-one questions
- Help plan team events, offsites, and recognition programs
- Support compliance with employment regulations and audits
- Partner with payroll on accuracy and timing
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of HR, people ops, recruiting, or admin experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort handling confidential information
- Clear written communication
- Open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
