Graham Personnel Services is seeking an HR Coordinator for a 4-month temporary assignment to support high-volume hiring needs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience while helping hiring managers quickly fill open positions.
The HR Coordinator will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to coordinate recruiting activities, maintain candidate flow, and support onboarding processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Flow
- Post and manage job openings to ensure timely and accurate visibility
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure steady movement through the hiring process
- Monitor applicant flow and follow up to prevent delays in hiring timelines
Interview Scheduling & Logistics
- Schedule interviews across multiple managers, departments, and shifts (including production roles)
- Coordinate calendars and confirm all interview details and logistics
- Support hiring events and high-volume interview days as needed
Candidate Experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide timely, professional communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain engagement
Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities
Systems & Process Management
- Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate tracking within Paylocity
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation throughout the hiring process
- Support reporting related to recruiting activity and hiring progress
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
- Experience supporting high-volume or production/manufacturing hiring preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
