Job Title: HR Coordinator II

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (preferred), 40 hours/week
Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator II. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of HR Operations experience. Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
- Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
- Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams as applicable.
- Administer separation-related documentation such as termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, and compliance forms.
- Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficiency with Workday; highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system; highly preferred.
- Experience with ADP payroll; preferred.
- Strong Excel skills beyond basic level, including formulas, reports, and managing spreadsheets.
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues without scripts.
- Experience with case management, separation processing, and leave of absence is a plus.
- Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision, reporting remotely to a manager outside the U.S.
- English required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, and Portuguese are a plus but not required.
