Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently engaged in a search to find TWO direct hireHR Coordinators located in the Southwest Houston area (77051). This role  provides administrative support to the Recruiting and onboarding team

As the HR Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, I-9s, E-Verify, and required documentation.
• Review onboarding paperwork and employment eligibility documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee files, I-9s, E-Verify records, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding records.
• Enter and update new-hire and temporary employee information in HRIS, ATS, and other applicable systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting team, including maintaining files, spreadsheets, trackers, and recruiting documentation.
• Coordinate temporary employee processes from placement through rollover, including agency documentation, first-day details, tracking hours, and rollover eligibility.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, staffing agencies, and internal teams regarding onboarding status and outstanding requirements.
• Review temporary staffing and recruiting-related invoices for accuracy and submit for approval.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports and maintain data related to open positions, hiring activity, temporary employees, and recruiting metrics.
• Review applications and resumes, assist with career fairs and recruiting events, and support additional recruiting projects and administrative needs.

What you’ll need:

• 1-3 years of experience with onboarding or recruiting
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as spreadsheets, reports, and data.
• ATS or HRIS experience preferred.
