    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Administrative:

    • Welcomes Team Members and guests in a professional, courteous, and expeditious manner as they enter the Human Resource office while ensuring overall excellent service.
    • Responsible for completion of data entry as directed.
    • Responsible for receiving and ensuring the proper flow of paperwork within the Human Resource Department.
    • Responsible for answering HR phone lines, emails, and responding to voice messages.
    • Manage office inventory and ordering in purchasing system
    • Maintains the file room and creation of all new hire files while also assisting with the transition with off boarding.
    • Responsible for any password resets.

    Recruiting

    • Coordinates candidates through the interview process during high volume weekly recruiting events including job fairs.
    • Reaches out to candidates to follow up on appointments.
    • Assist in facilitating onboarding appointments for incoming hires.

    Team Relations

    • Intakes Team Relations issues.
    • Participates in initiatives to boost Team Member engagement.

    Training & Development

    • Assists training, with an emphasis on setting up new hire orientation and the on-boarding process.

    Benefits

    Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    • Minimum two-year college degree in related work field or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a combination of both required.
    • Experienced in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Successful candidate is someone who operates with confidence, initiative and a sense of urgency.
    • Person should be able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, while producing high quality work.
    • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
    • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and obtain all necessary licensing.

    Physical and Mental Demands:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
