    Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
    Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM)
    Assignment Length: 2–3 Months
    Job Summary
    A growing industrial manufacturing facility in Cleveland is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide on-site Human Resources support during a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong payroll and HRIS experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.

    The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, assist employees with HR-related questions, coordinate onboarding activities, and handle payroll administration using ADP eTime. This position requires someone who can work independently, communicate confidently, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic industrial setting.
    Responsibilities
    • Process payroll-related transactions using ADP eTime, including:
      • Entering employee vacation and PTO
      • Maintaining attendance point tracking
      • Setting up and maintaining employee timecards
      • Processing HRIS employee changes and wage increases
    • Serve as the on-site HR resource for employee questions, escalating issues to corporate HR leadership when appropriate.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
    • Assist employees with completing online onboarding documentation and orientation requirements.
    • Post internal job openings, company announcements, and employee communications throughout the facility.
    • Communicate regularly with supervisors, managers, and employees across multiple departments.
    • Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality.
    • Support payroll, attendance, and general HR administrative functions.
    • Walk throughout the production facility to communicate with employees and post notices as needed.
    • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting a diverse workforce.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 2–3 years of Human Resources experience.
    • Previous ADP eTime experience is required.
    • Experience supporting payroll, attendance tracking, and HRIS functions.
    • Strong knowledge of onboarding and employee documentation processes.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Comfortable working with employees at all organizational levels in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
    • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    Work Environment
    • Industrial manufacturing facility
    • Frequent interaction with plant employees, supervisors, and management
    • Occasional walking throughout the production floor
    • Must be comfortable using a site radio for communication
    • Steel-toe boots and hard hat required while in designated production areas (PPE provided if applicable)
