    The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day functions of Human Resources and serves as a resource for employees throughout the employment lifecycle. This position assists with onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, compliance, and offboarding while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, I-9/E-Verify, and required employment documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.
    • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, PTO, and company procedures.
    • Process approved employee changes, including compensation, position, supervisor, status, and personal information updates.
    • Assist with payroll preparation, employee changes, bonuses, deductions, and payroll-related questions.
    • Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment.
    • Coordinate employee offboarding and separation documentation.
    • Maintain HR compliance records, required training, employee acknowledgments, and other documentation.
    • Prepare and maintain employee rosters, headcount reports, and other HR reports.
    • Assist HR leadership with employee communications, special projects, and other HR initiatives.
    • Escalate sensitive employee relations, disciplinary, compensation, and policy matters to HR leadership.

    Qualifications:
    • 1–3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
    • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience in government contracting or supporting a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
