Trident Consulting is seeking a "HR Coordinator” for one of our clients in "Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite” — a global leader in Medical devices industry.

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA - Onsite
Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $25/Hr

Description

• Schedule and Set up interviews
• Manages Meet & Greet for candidates
• Booking and setting travel itineraries (hotels and flights)
• Professionally working closely with the candidates, being the main point of contact
• Creating a great candidate experience and maintaining and following procedures.
• Possibly booking travel itineraries for interviews
• Assisting the TA team with other duties
• Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition

• BS Degree
• Go getter attitude
• Great culture fit
• 6 months contract for now
• Detail Oriented and Organized
• Willing to take initiative and is a self-starter
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written
• Problem solving skills
• Has Interest learning HR
