About the Role: The HR Compliance Specialist supports the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of DPHS' human resources operations by ensuring that HR processes, records, and practices are accurate, compliant, and thoughtfully executed. This role serves as a key resource for HR compliance, data integrity, compensation administration, credentialing, performance management, and the ongoing improvement of HR workflows and systems. The HR Compliance Specialist will identify opportunities to strengthen processes, automate routine work, improve documentation and reporting, and ensure that HR practices align with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented, analytical HR professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, solving problems, and building systems that make it easier for both employees and leaders to navigate the employee experience.
