Position Overview

Seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and workplace regulations. This role focuses on reducing legal risk, maintaining accurate records, supporting employee relations processes, and ensuring HR practices remain compliant with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits, compliance reporting, and record reviews.
  • Manage leave requests, accommodations, and employee compliance documentation.
  • Ensure required workplace notices and labor law postings are current.
  • Coordinate and deliver compliance-related training programs.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong compliance exposure.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and compliance reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • HR certifications and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Additional Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5-day work week
  • Compensation: $80,000 annual salary
