About Your Role:

The HR Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of the HR Compliance team and will be the main point of contact for field support of our case management system (NAVEX). 

Job Responsibilities:

• Triage and/or respond to associate concerns by providing friendly, courteous responses when appropriate
• Be the main point of contact for associate “Ask a Question” emails.
• Provide discovery requests for Legal and Risk Management teams.
• Oversee the Workplace Accommodations requests by properly notifying HR Compliance Specialists, Field HR and Operations leaders of request and follow-up for timely responses.
• Support the HR Compliance team with Wage and Hour, Background Check adjudication, and MVR administrative support.
• Receive and properly triage postal mail and manage the relationship with our Labor and Employment poster vendor. 

Your Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be able to communicate with all levels of associates and management.
• Must have at least 6 months to one-year actual customer service-related experience.
• High school or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks.

• Prior experience with NAVEX a plus.

Start Rate = $20.75-$23.75 based on experience
