HR Call Center Representative

Schedule: Must be able to work any of these three shifts: 8-5pm, 830-530pm and 9-6pm 4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple HR Customer Service Representatives for a large healthcare organization in Central Florida. Answer a high volume of inbound calls and cases from employees and managers about payroll, benefits, and employee data.

Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract with potential to convert to permanent based on performance
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple HR Customer Service Representatives for a large healthcare organization in Central Florida. You'll be one of the first people employees reach when they call about HR questions, and you'll support the busy annual enrollment season with paid training from your first week.

HR Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and cases from employees and managers about payroll, benefits, and employee data
• Research each question and resolve it using documented policies, procedures, and system resources
• Send issues that fall outside standard processes to HR Specialists or Supervisors
• Keep detailed case notes and record where each inquiry stands until it's complete
• Keep up with company HR policies and with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Keep HR records and reports accurate and up to date
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion

HR Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of contact center or HR experience
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, including calming down frustrated callers
• Able to multitask and give quality service in a fast-paced setting where call volume changes a lot
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web tools, and moving quickly between computer systems
• Types 50+ WPM with accurate spelling and grammar
• Strong organizational skills

HR Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:

• Both contact center and HR experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or another HCM or CRM system
• Experience in an HR shared services center supporting a large employer
