Title: HR Business Technologist / AI Business Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Range:$39.20-$40.15 Per Hr

Join our team as a Business Technologist and Analyst, where you'll support HR and communications departments by identifying business challenges and implementing technology solutions.
This role is based in Tulsa, OK and is a contract position.
You will work with a variety of technologies to automate processes and enhance workflows.
Collaborate with HR teams to identify and address technology needs.
Develop AI solutions to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support initiatives aimed at modernizing internal communications.
Assist in the implementation and rollout of new technologies.
Facilitate technology adoption across HR and communications teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support technology needs for HR and communications departments.
Develop and implement AI and automation solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
Evaluate business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage technology initiatives.
Qualifications
4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related fields.
Hands-on experience with AI development and automation.
Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
Experience in gathering requirements and process improvement.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
