This isn't your sit-behind-the-desk HR role. This is for someone who walks the floor, builds real relationships with employees as well as Sr. Leadership, and isn't afraid to navigate a little chaos along the way.
Responsibilities include:
Act as the go-to HR partner for business leaders and executives
Jump into recruiting efforts, from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding
Own and support HRIS systems
Deliver insights through HR reporting & analytics
Help guide compensation, benefits, and leave administration
Lead or support training and employee development initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
An experienced autonomous but highly collaborative HRBP (or Human Resources Generalist seeking advancement opportunity)
Someone who enjoys being visible and embedded in the business
Can handle competing priorities without breaking a sweat
Know how to work with all personality types—including strong, opinionated leaders
Stay adaptable in an environment that can feel a little chaotic at times
Experience:
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of HR experience
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership
Strong project management and deadline-crushing skills
