SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership system-wide. The role contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality productivity, and standards, goal attainment with retention, engagement, and ongoing development of a quality workforce. The position communicates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the mission and vision of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the department's functions position, its 3-5 year plans, its culture, and competition

Minimum of eight (8) years experience of HR resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws required.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
