Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees.

Required Skills:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

• Experience supporting managers as an individual contributor in a matrixed HR environment.
• Ability to interpret HR data, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
• Able to quickly support an existing employee population with minimal ramp-up.

Preferred:

• Experience providing leave/interim HRBP coverage.
• Experience in fast-paced or technical organizations.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive employee matters.
