HR Business Partner – Medical Device Manufacturing
$80K–$110K Base + 10% Bonus | Onsite | Bethel, CT

A growing medical device manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a 500-employee, multi-building campus in Bethel, CT. This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional with manufacturing or distribution experience who enjoys employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and partnering closely with site leadership.

This role reports to corporate HR leadership and will work closely with a site-level HR team that includes two HRBPs, an HR Manager, and an HR Associate. Talent acquisition will be a meaningful part of the role, roughly 50%, with a focus on supporting hiring needs rather than heavy sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leadership on HR strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and compliance matters
• Lead recruitment efforts for hourly and temporary labor roles, including screening and onboarding
• Support succession planning, talent development, training, and leadership coaching
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to help drive business results
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR leadership, and legal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 4+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong HR fundamentals across employee relations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
• Solid technology skills; ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable supporting a fast-paced, changing environment
