Description

• Partner with managers and site leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, helping leaders navigate organizational challenges and drive business objectives.
• Support employee engagement efforts and develop initiatives that enhance retention, performance, and overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs, succession planning opportunities, and employee development strategies.
• Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent execution of people strategies and HR best practices across the site.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• Experience supporting employee populations within a manufacturing, industrial, operations, logistics, or similar environment.

• Proven HR Business Partner experience with strengths in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and leadership support.
• Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization, from front-line employees to leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment undergoing growth, change, or transformation.
