Overview
We''re hiring! Kemin is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist serves as the primary Human Resources partner for Kemin Biologics while leading the execution of Learning and Development initiatives across North America. This role combines hands-on HR partnership with employees and leaders at the Lenexa site while partnering with business leaders, HR colleagues, and global Learning & Development leadership to implement learning strategies that build organizational capability and support business objectives. The position serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supports employee engagement and development efforts, and ensures North America learning programs are effectively designed, delivered, measured, and continuously improved.
This is an onsite position located at our Lenexa, KS location.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, 5+ years strongly preferred.
Experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
Experience facilitating training, workshops, or group discussions.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning programs.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence leaders across multiple locations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience using HR systems and learning management systems preferred.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
