Manages human resources programs and initiatives and provides strategic support for a client group.
Job Requirements
- Providing tactical human resources support and counseling for designated business units on various human resource issues and problems.
- Analyzing trends and metrics and providing inputs for the initiatives and policies.
- Monitoring the execution of organizational human resources policies and guidelines in a specific business unit.
- Supervising daily operations of designated business units to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies from a human resources perspective.
