HR Business Partner | Danbury, CT | Medical Device Manufacturing
A growing, global medical device manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Danbury, CT facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on role partnering with site leadership to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $80,000-110,000 
Schedule: Onsite, 5 days/week 

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and temporary manufacturing positions
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters
• Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR policies
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and the broader HR team to support business objectives
• Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and employment law
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP SuccessFactors
